For the fastest help, please include: game name, version, device model, iOS version, and what you expected vs what happened.

Common issues

  • Crashes / freezes: restart the game and your device, then try again.
  • Audio missing: check the silent switch and volume; try closing other audio apps.
  • Progress not saving: confirm you have enough storage and that Low Power Mode is not interfering.
  • Ads / IAP not restoring: use “Restore Purchases” (if available) and confirm you’re using the same Apple ID.
